2. Accounts, Eligibility, and Security

• You are responsible for activity taken through accounts and identities you use, including Discord, Minecraft, and website sessions.
• Use only accounts and links you own or are authorized to use. Do not impersonate others, evade restrictions, take over accounts, submit fraudulent links, or attempt to bypass security or moderation controls.
• Keep account credentials secure. Notify the relevant platform and contact Drataria Gaming through available support channels if you believe an account or listing has been compromised.
• Access depends on the minimum-age and account requirements of the platforms used to reach the service. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a minor's use where appropriate.

3. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct

Use Drataria Gaming respectfully and lawfully. Do not use the platform to harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, deceive, spam, distribute malware, phish for credentials, impersonate a person or community, promote illegal services, distribute cheats or stolen accounts, or interfere with website, game, or community operations.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping that harms service availability, manipulation of analytics or placement, circumvention of plan controls, or abuse of bugs, permissions, billing systems, or moderation processes. Reported conduct may be reviewed in context, and staff may take proportionate action to protect users and the platform.

4. Community Directory Listings

Listing ownership and responsibility

Community owners are responsible for the accuracy, safety, and rights associated with materials they submit, including names, descriptions, logos, banners, links, recruitment information, and social content. Submit only material that you have the right to use and that you are comfortable making public once approved.

Review, moderation, and removal

Listings are subject to review. Drataria Gaming may approve, reject, edit for technical or safety reasons where appropriate, suspend, remove, or restrict a listing or its privileges when content is inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, inactive, abusive, infringing, or inconsistent with these terms or the current Community Directory standards.

Prohibited listing content

Listings must not promote scams, malware, phishing, illegal services, hate or extremist recruitment, pornography or adult communities, cheating or malware distribution, stolen accounts, fraudulent marketplaces, impersonation, or content that creates a material safety or platform-integrity concern.

Third-party links

Community owners may submit public links to destinations they control or are authorized to promote. Drataria Gaming does not control those third-party destinations and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or policies. Follow links at your own discretion and report suspicious listings.

5. Community Advertising Plans, Billing, and Analytics

The Community Directory presents three tiers: Free — $0/month, Pro — $7.99/month, and Featured — $14.99/month. Free provides the standard listing experience. Pro and Featured provide additional presentation, analytics, or visibility capabilities only while the corresponding entitlement is active.

Paid billing: where paid Checkout is available, Pro and Featured are recurring monthly subscriptions processed through Stripe. Selecting a tier, submitting a listing, or returning from Checkout does not by itself activate paid privileges. Drataria Gaming relies on verified server-side billing state and Stripe payment/subscription events before granting a paid entitlement.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive monthly billing periods until cancellation is scheduled. A new paid subscription is charged through Checkout. A Pro-to-Featured upgrade may result in an immediate prorated charge. A Featured-to-Pro downgrade is scheduled for the next renewal rather than removing already-paid Featured access early. Cancellation to Free takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and paid privileges normally remain available through that paid-through date.

If a payment fails, a subscription becomes non-entitled, expires, or otherwise no longer provides an active paid billing state, Pro or Featured privileges may be disabled and the listing may fall back to Free. If billing later recovers, verified entitlement can be restored automatically. Available Stripe Billing Portal controls may be used to review payment methods, invoices, cancellation, and related subscription information.

Deleting a Community listing does not erase billing, payment, moderation, or audit records that Drataria Gaming reasonably needs to retain. The platform may require renewal to be canceled before a paid listing can be deleted so that deleting a listing cannot silently leave an unwanted recurring renewal in place.

Plan descriptions communicate the current presentation tiers; they do not guarantee views, traffic, clicks, members, recruitment, revenue, or any other business result. Listing analytics are informational aggregate measures and may not be complete or exact. Reasonable anti-abuse controls may discard suspicious or excessive event traffic without building personal visitor profiles. Drataria Gaming may change, suspend, expire, or revoke listing privileges, placement, analytics access, or plan capabilities where appropriate, including for moderation, expiration, payment status, operational, or platform-integrity reasons.

6. User-Submitted Content and Intellectual Property

You keep any rights you have in material you submit. By submitting content for a listing, report, support request, feedback channel, or public community feature, you give Drataria Gaming a non-exclusive permission to store, review, reproduce, adapt for technical display, moderate, and display that material as reasonably needed to operate, support, document, and promote the relevant service. This permission ends for public display when the material is removed where practical, subject to retained copies, moderation records, billing records, and legitimate operational needs.

Drataria Gaming names, branding, original website materials, software, documentation, images, and other project materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not copy, misuse, or present them as your own without permission.

7. RunestoneMMO Technology and Software

RunestoneMMO is a Drataria Gaming Minecraft technology and software project for custom software, integrations, developer tools, and experimental server systems. It is a separate technology project and is not the current live gameplay foundation of Drataria Golden Wilds.

Its source code, compiled modules, configuration designs, documentation, branding, original text, art, models, and project assets are protected works of their respective creator or rights holder. Unless written permission is granted, you may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, repackage, sell, sublicense, publish, or create derivative software from protected RunestoneMMO materials. Authorized users may use provided compiled software and configuration surfaces only within the scope of their written permission or license.

8. Drataria Golden Wilds / Minecraft-Specific Terms

Drataria Golden Wilds is Drataria Gaming's current Minecraft survival server. The following provisions apply to that server and its gameplay features in addition to the broader platform terms above.

Gameplay conduct, claims, land, and builds

• Follow current in-game and official community rules. Cheating, exploitation, griefing, theft, malicious automation, unauthorized clients, intentional lag creation, and abuse of bugs or permissions may lead to moderation action.
• Player claims, trust permissions, protected areas, inventories, shops, homes, and other in-game systems are gameplay features, not legal ownership interests. Players are responsible for granting access only to people they trust.
• Staff may reasonably intervene in abandoned, abusive, exploitative, obstructive, or rule-breaking builds or claims and may restore, transfer, resize, reclaim, or remove affected areas where appropriate. Protection tools reduce risk but cannot prevent every technical failure, rollback, corruption, or moderation change.

Inventories and virtual economy

• Items, inventories, graves, backpacks, balances, shop records, and other gameplay data are licensed gameplay records with no ownership interest outside the service.
• Staff may correct duplicated, exploited, corrupted, improperly granted, or balance-breaking data. Recovery may be attempted after a verified technical loss, but restoration is not guaranteed when evidence is unavailable or the loss results from normal gameplay.
• Server currency and virtual rewards have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for legal tender. Real-money trading, unauthorized resale, duping, laundering exploited items, chargeback abuse, and prohibited economy manipulation are not allowed.

Server availability and changes

Golden Wilds is actively configured and developed. Features may be added, changed, suspended, replaced, or retired. Maintenance, outages, world repairs, migrations, backups, and rollbacks may affect availability or recent progress. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve player data, but uninterrupted access and complete recovery are not guaranteed.

Website accounts and Minecraft linking

The current Golden Wilds public website does not require or expose a Minecraft account-link or player-stat dashboard. If a new Golden Wilds bridge is introduced later, its terms and privacy disclosures may be updated before that feature is made public.

9. Third-Party Services, Availability, and Enforcement

Drataria Gaming may rely on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Stripe, Supabase, Discord, Minecraft-related services, hosting, authentication, database, analytics, and distribution services. Their terms, policies, availability, and account decisions may also affect access. Drataria Gaming is not responsible for provider-controlled outages, account actions, content, or policy changes.

Features may change, be paused, or be retired as the platform develops. Drataria Gaming may issue warnings, limit features, remove content, correct data, suspend listings, restrict access, or terminate access where reasonably appropriate for security, moderation, billing integrity, rule enforcement, or service operation. Support or appeals may be submitted through available community support channels.

10. Disclaimers, Changes, and Contact

Drataria Gaming services are provided as available. The platform makes reasonable efforts to operate safely and clearly, but does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, exact analytics, permanent preservation of content or gameplay data, or particular discovery or community outcomes. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms may change as the platform and its features change. The updated date will identify the latest version, and material changes may also be announced through the website or official community channels.
