2. License Type

RunestoneMMO and all related addons, modules, and digital products are distributed under a Proprietary License. This means:

• No copying
• No modification
• No redistribution
• No resale
• No forks
• No derivative works
• No reuse of any part of the code, assets, or systems

Unless you have explicit written permission, you may not use any part of RunestoneMMO in your own projects.

3. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

• Extract or reuse code, scripts, or logic
• Reverse‑engineer or decompile the plugin
• Repackage or redistribute any part of the project
• Upload the project or its assets to any public platform
• Claim ownership or authorship of any part of the system
• Sell or monetize any derivative work

Any violation of these terms may result in DMCA takedowns, license termination, or legal action.

4. Allowed Usage

You are permitted to:

• Use the compiled plugin(s) on your own server
• Configure the plugin within the provided settings
• Create gameplay content using the plugin (videos, streams, screenshots)
• Provide feedback or suggestions

5. Branding & Identity

The RunestoneMMO name, logo, lore, worldbuilding, and thematic identity are protected creative works. They may not be reused, imitated, or repurposed in other projects.

6. Enforcement

RunestoneMMO reserves the right to:

• Issue DMCA takedowns
• Remove unauthorized copies
• Revoke access to licensed products
• Pursue legal remedies for infringement
